Since its participation in the Excellent Service Award in 2003, NHG has been consistently amongst the top winners in the healthcare/hospitality category.

2009: NHG received 666 awards, with 68 Star, 74 Gold, and 524 Silver

2008: NHG received 1,008 awards, with 182 Star, 246 Gold, and 578 Silver

2007: NHG received 1,023 awards, with 181 Star, 327 Gold, and 515 Silver

2006: NHG received 1,720 awards, with 177 Star, 996 Gold, and 547 Silver

2005: NHG received 1,287 awards, with 108 Star, 436 Gold, and 743 Silver

2004: NHG received 951 awards, with 49 Star, 204 Gold, and 698 Silver

2003: NHG received 86 awards, with 9 Star, 19 Gold, and 58 Silver

Within NHG, we recognise staff who have delivered excellent services through the NHG Service Champion Recognition Scheme.  In 2005, a total of 1,127 Service Champions were identified by our patients, visitors and colleagues.  From among these staff, 50 received the Quality Pillar award in recognition of their consistent performance throughout the year.
