Institute of Healthcare Quality (IHQ)

The Institute of Healthcare Quality was established to advocate Healthcare Quality and Safety. It recognises that one of the key to deliver the best care to patients is by the transformation of healthcare quality across the entire continuum of healthcare providers.

In improving Healthcare Quality, the Institute advocates professional accountability, a system of performance monitoring and improvements, supportive infrastructures, and a patient-centric culture that highly regards safety, openness, and staff empowerment. The Institute of Healthcare Quality works towards the achievement of these objectives through training, encouraging knowledge-sharing, fostering collaborations between healthcare providers, as well as events that drive the quality culture.
