IHL Healthcare Leaders Series – Conflict Resolution & Mediation

This module - Conflict Resolution and Mediation – is one of the 4 topics covered in the flagship “Guide to Department Management Course”. It has always been well received by the participants, who felt that the contents are beneficial for other staff as well besides the HODs and potential HODs. Hence, the Institute of Healthcare Leadership (IHL) engaged the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) and run this module as an independent workshop on 19 & 20 Aug 10.

The workshop aims to provide participants with the practical skills to manage conflicts effectively through a series of short lectures, exercises and role-plays. As usual, the feedback received was excellent:
