The programme consists of 6 learning modules, with each session being held at a different location in Australia and Singapore, and NHG hosted the March 2010 session on 4 and 5 March. During the programme in Singapore, the team also had the opportunity to visit some of our institutions such as Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Institute of Mental Health and Hougang Polyclinic.
The participants in this HEALS programme are:
- A/Prof John Clark (Facilitator) - Director, Institute for Healthy Leadership, Western Australia (WA) Health & Director, Medical Leadership & International Relations, NHS Institute for Innovation & Improvement, UK
- Ms Jan Philips (Facilitator) Senior Director, Workplace Culture & Leadership Centre, Queensland Health
- Prof Chee Yam Cheng - Assistant CEO (Clinical), NHG
- Mrs Nellie Yeo - CQO & Executive Director, NHG College
- Mrs Olivia Tay Chief Human Resource Officer, NHG

- Ms Judi Childs Executive Director, Human Resource Management, Australian Capital Territory (ACT) Health
- Mr Ron Foster Chief Financial Officer, ACT Health

It was very good to meet colleagues and to find the similar challenges we all face, and look at solutions in the different political and funding contexts.
