About IILTC

With the overarching mission of integrating Intermediate and Long-Term Care into one seamless healthcare system in Singapore, the IILTC is established to play an active role in helping step-down care institutions improve care quality and operation effectiveness. To achieve its objectives, IILTC aims to be:

• a resource centre where healthcare professionals in step-down care are provided with a series of carefully-selected and targeted training in nursing, medical, work skills, management and quality improvement, based on most current knowledge in intermediate and long-term care; and
• a platform shared by healthcare professionals from step-down care to learn from best practice, share ideas, gain insight, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement in care delivery.
