The Institute of Healthcare Leadership recognises Healthcare Leadership as a key contributor towards a healthcare system that is good, safe and cost-effective. To develop leadership talent, the Institute of Healthcare Leadership puts together a series of leadership development programmes in partnership with healthcare institutions and experts.

These programmes target different groups, from doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, to healthcare administrators. There are also programmes for leaders at different levels, from young leaders to experienced senior ones.

  In April, College had our biggest group of particpants for the 6th Guide to Department Management Course.
