Writeup on Study Trip to Queensland Health
In March, College sent a study team to Queensland Health, Australia to study their work on Leadership development. The team visited their Workplace Culture and Leadership Centre (WCLC), which was established to find out what employees think about their workplaces, help identify what needs to change, and develop leaders with the capability to make the necessary changes.

Assoc Prof John Clark was invited to conduct a sharing session on his work with the NHS and WA on medical leadership during his 1-day stopover in Singapore.

He is instrumental in medical leadership development within NHS, and is also responsible for establishing the Institute for Healthy Leadership for Department of Health, Western Australia (WA).
