  Visionary SEAL Program
  NHG Visionary SEAL Program (NHG-VSP) is the pinnacle program of NHG College signature leadership programs. It was launched by NHG Chairman – Mdm Kay Kuok on the 25th February 2013. The program seeks to equip budding leaders to be better equipped for future key leadership positions, enhanced job scope as well as to help them realize their career aspirations in NHG.

  Aspiring SEAL Program
  The NHG Aspiring SEAL Program (NHG-ASP) is one of the College’s three signature leadership programs. ASP is the first program to prepare a pipeline of young leaders using NHG SEAL framework. The framework incorporates experiential learning and various touch points with senior management.

  Inspiring SEAL Program
  NHG Inspiring SEAL Program (NHG-ISP) is the second program of NHG College signature leadership programs. NHG-ISP seeks to prepare leaders to not only support NHG’s strategic initiatives of 2Ms + 2Ns, it serves to help them meet the new healthcare challenges and demands of Singapore healthcare as a whole.

  Becoming an All-Rounded Consultant (BAC)
  Becoming an All-Rounded Consultant program seeks to prepare registrars, junior consultants moving into consultant positions. The 3 day-course consist of facilitators that are experts of various fields to share on topics such as finance, human resources and research.
