Writeup on NHG Healthcare Leadership Course

The 4-day course was designed by NHG to provide Senior Clinicians, Nurses and Healthcare Administrators with a core set of knowledge and leadership skills to facilitate their development into our future Healthcare Leaders.

The program comprises 4 main components, namely Strategy Formulation, Leadership Development, Financial Management Skills and Healthcare Scenarios. These modules are delivered by a distinguished faculty comprising local and overseas healthcare management experts, and members of our senior management.

Highlight of this programme will be the Panel Discussion on Day 4, led by CMBs from the various NHG institutions.

The topic for discussion will be of current relevance to the Healthcare industry and serves as a good forum for exchange of views and ideas.

The inaugural run was held in 2004 and more than 200 NHG Senior Clinicians, Nurses and Administrators have attended the course. The next run will be held from 6 – 9 Oct 08.
