About IHL

The Institute of Healthcare Leadership recognises Healthcare Leadership as a key contributor towards a healthcare system that is good, safe and cost-effective. To develop leadership talent, the Institute of Healthcare Leadership puts together a series of leadership development programmes in partnership with healthcare institutions and experts. These programmes target different groups, from Doctors, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals, to Healthcare Administrators. There are also programmes for leaders at different levels, from young leaders to experienced senior leaders.

In addition the Institute of Healthcare Leadership also provides an important platform for management and leadership experiences to be shared between different countries and regions, as well as between different generations of leadership. This platform also allows and encourages experienced practitioners to be thought leaders and mentors to other leaders.
