About IHL

The Institute of Healthcare Leadership (IHL) recognises healthcare leadership as the corner stone in shaping a leading healthcare cluster to uplift the level of public health in an accessible, safe and cost-effective manner.

To develop leadership talent, IHL conducts a suite of leadership programs to equip our healthcare professionals and administrators with leadership and management competencies.

In addition, the IHL also provides an important platform for management and leadership experiences to be shared between different countries and regions, as well as between different generations of leadership. This platform also allows and encourages experienced practitioners to be thought leaders and mentors to other leaders.
