    Writeup on Clinical Incident Management Course
    The 2-day programme trains clinicians in advanced handling of Open Disclosure and Adverse Outcomes and is designed to produce trained clinicians to talk directly or help other clinicians talk with patients about things that may have gone wrong and the patients' disappointment.

    This is crucial in reducing litigation and complaints for both the hospital and the treating clinician.
