Q. What are the programmes offered by NHG College?
A. For more information on our programmes, please refer to the "Programmes" page for all the Institutions.

Q. Are your programmes open only to non-NHG (National Healthcare Group) staff?
A. Yes, most of the programmes offered by us are open to all healthcare workers.

Q. Are there funding available for the training programmes offered by NHG College?
A. Funding subsidies are available for some training programmes and specific for each training programme. For more information, please refer to the details of the training programme.

Q. Will there be certificates issued after completion of training?
A. Certificates of Attendance will be issued upon your completion of most training programmes. For information specific to each training programme, please refer to the details of the training programme.

Q. Where are the training programmes held?
A. You will be informed of the venue upon confirmation of your programme registration. Most of the programmes will be held at NHG College's premise at 11, Lor 3 Toa Payoh, #03-22/23/24 Blk B Jackson Square.

Q. If I am driving, where can I park my car at NHG College? What are the parking charges?
A. You may wish to park at the carpark located within Jackson Square. The parking charges are as follows:

For Passenger Cars or Goods Vehicles
Monday to Saturday: $0.50 per half hour
Sunday: $1.00 per entry

For Motorcycles
Monday to Saturday: $0.65 per entry
Sunday: $0.40 per entry

eLearning

Q. I don't have an eLearning account, how do I access the course modules on eLearning system?
A. Please email your name and organisation to the eLearning team at eLearning@nhg.com.sg.

Q. I have forgotten my eLearning User ID and password, whom should I contact?
A. Please email your name and organisation to the eLearning team at eLearning@nhg.com.sg.

For Medical Staff

Q. What are the core programmes for MOs?
A. There are altogether 8 core programmes for MOs and they are:

1. Basic Cardiac Life Support Course (BCLS)
2. Advanced Cardiac Life Support Course (ACLS)
3. ECG Reading (available in E-Learning)
4. X-Ray Reading
5. Communication Skills
6. Evidence-Based Medicine (Basic)
7. Risk Management (available in E-Learning)
8. Patient Safety

Q. How do I register for ICE programmes?
A. To register, you may email the following details to ice@nhg.com.sg: - Course title, Date of course, Full name, MCR No, Designation, Department, Hospital, and Contact No.

Q. I have used up my Personal Training Fund (PTF), are there any sources of funding available for HOs/MOs if I wish to attend more courses? Also, if I am presenting a poster at an overseas conference, how do I apply for sponsorship?
A. HOs/MOs may apply to MOHH for sponsorship.
