In late 2004, NHG E-learning was pioneered and NHG College’s E-learning team was started to support the cluster in all E-learning matters by providing various related services. The E-learning system provides learning opportunities to our busy healthcare professionals anytime and at anywhere. The system also serves as a repository of healthcare knowledge for healthcare professionals and is part of NHG’s effort to be a learning organisation.

Knowledge Resource Management is an initiative started in 2012 that serves to consolidate the cluster's resources in one centralised location for easy access and sharing.
